What to expect
At Long Way Home, we want to make sure you feel comfortable and supported from the very start. That's why we offer a free 20-minute consultation to get to know each other better. It's like a friendly chat where we learn about your needs and discuss how psychotherapy can help you out. We also want to see if you and your therapist are a good match because it's essential that you feel connected and at ease during your sessions.
Once you decide to embark on this journey with us, we're here to walk alongside you every step of the way. Regular sessions are usually scheduled once a week, but don't worry, we can adjust the frequency to suit what works best for you. We understand that everyone's needs are different, and we'll find the right approach together.
In our sessions, we're not afraid to dive into the tough stuff, the real nitty-gritty of life. We're in this together, like a team, sitting in the mud, ready to tackle whatever comes our way and facing challenges head-on.
