Support for Those Facing Death-and Those Walking Beside Them

Serving Toronto, the GTA, and all of Ontario (virtual and in-person options available)

Facing the end of life-your own or someone else's-is unlike anything else. Time takes on a different shape. Conversations become heavier. Questions you've avoided for years may suddenly surface.

Whether you're living with a terminal illness, caring for someone who is dying, or anticipating a loss that hasn't happened yet, you don't have to carry the emotional weight alone.

I offer therapy to help individuals and caregivers navigate the emotional, relational, and spiritual layers of this time. This includes exploring legacy, creating meaningful rituals, and finding ways to stay connected-before and after death.

This Work Is For You If…

  • You or someone you love has received a terminal diagnosis, and you're unsure how to emotionally prepare
  • You're overwhelmed by caregiving and wondering how to be present without losing yourself
  • You're trying to have honest conversations about death, but don't know where to start
  • You want to create a meaningful goodbye-or stay connected after they're gone
  • You're feeling the emotional toll of anticipatory grief, even while your person is still here

🧭 Emotional Grounding for the Road Ahead

How We Work Together

Sessions are available virtually across Ontario or in-person in Toronto (limited availability).

This work is adaptable. Some clients come weekly for a stretch of time. Others check in occasionally as needed.

You do not need to know what you're looking for to start. You just need a willingness to show up honestly. Together, we'll figure out what support looks like for you.

Why This Work Matters

Most grief support begins after someone dies. But there is deep, meaningful work that can happen before then-when time is limited, but still here.

This isn't about silver linings or rushing toward closure. It's about honouring this part of the journey as much as any other. It's about holding space for meaning, connection, and even beauty-right alongside the grief.
